We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Membership Counselor to help lead our fitness team with the management and enhance the overall member experience at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting health and wellness. As a Sales Counselor , you will play a crucial role in assisting the Assistant Membership Director for overseeing daily operations and be one of the leading forces of the membership sales team. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through direct sales efforts. * Business to business marketing to generate new leads and expand the customer base. * Manage assigned territory effectively to maximize sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for lead generation. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales * Strong lead generation skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
