Description Join Our Team as a Outside Sales Representative at Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric At Franklin Water Treatment, we are leaders in innovative water treatment solutions, and we're seeking a reliable and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to become part of our growing team. If you excel in analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies; possess a proven track record of successfully managing and growing a sales territory; and have demonstrated marketing experience particularly in developing collateral material and in effective social networking, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us! MOVE FORWARD WITH US: * What you will be doing: * Develop and manage the selling capabilities and monitor and maintain sales goals. * Develop short- and long-term forecasts, budgets, strategies, and marketing programs required to meet sales objectives. * Work with the marketing team to ensure that marketing such as collateral, packaging, catalogs, Internet presence, etc., meets customer demand. * Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through an appropriate level of contact. Create sales growth by securing business through strategic customer segments. Who we want: We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to increase B2C sales by creating and cultivating relationships. Develop short- and long-term strategies and marketing programs to meet sales goals and objectives. What you need: * High School diploma or equivalent (required). * Bachelor's degree (preferred). * 0 to 3 years of relevant experience or training in customer service, customer experience, customer success, sales, or a related field (required).
