Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Broker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate their insurance options, ensuring they receive the best coverage tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer service mindset, with the ability to analyze various insurance products and negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients. Duties * Assess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Analyze various insurance products and market options to find the best fit for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options. * Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the best deals for clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy selection process and beyond. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. * Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and promote services. * Assist in benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand their options. Experience * Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably within the insurance industry. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends and client needs. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on building relationships. * Experience in negotiating contracts and terms with vendors or carriers is a plus. * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred but not mandatory. * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients.
