Job Summary : Inside Sales Associates are responsible for identifying, qualifying, and educating potential medical professionals on our high-tech medical devices that are clinically proven to improve the quality of life for patients. This role will involve collaborating with the sales team and reporting to the Chief Sales Officer to ensure smooth sales operations. Responsibilities: * Outbound and inbound calls with prospective customers to qualify and set appointments * Generate new business opportunities through researching and identifying potential clients using a variety of methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach * Build relationships with prospective clients and increase awareness of SoftWave TRT * Conduct market and competitor research and stay up to date with trends * Understand sales processes and has strong closing abilities * Assist the Chief Sales Officer with sales strategies and execution to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals * Compliant with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in life science required * 1-3 years experience in medical sales * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal skills * Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn * Knowledge of sales processes and best practices Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills * Strong sales "close" experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness, and persistence * Resourceful and a self-starter Featured benefits * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance * Employee Phantom Stock Unit Plan (PSU) Schedule : * Monday to Friday * 8-hour workday * Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate : * Marietta, GA 30066: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location : In person, work-from-home option after training SoftWave TRT is an equal opportunity employer, and we welcome candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
