We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Representative/Appointment Setter & Follow-Up Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential clients to guide them through the sales process. If you have a passion for construction and remodeling, along with exceptional communication skills. Required Skills/Abilities * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry * Strong knowledge of construction and remodeling processes is a plus * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Barn Link/ Lead Connector) * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Working Conditions * This is a full time, salaried position * Position located in Meridian, Idaho Duties and Tasks * Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, and networking activities * Appointment Setting: Schedule in-person consultations and project assessments for clients, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to meeting * Follow-Up: Engage with leads and current clients to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle * Sales Presentations: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to effectively communicate project scope, options, and pricing * Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, offering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and project management team to ensure clear communication regarding client needs and expectations * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and sales activities in the CRM system Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Monthly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
