Our company is seeking a self-driven entry-level professional to join our team as an onsite Sales & Marketing Associate. You will be involved in utilizing various marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to digital media, brochures, videos, etc. * Must possess strong writing skills and proven ability to write effectively across multiple digital channels (social media, blogs, email campaigns, etc.) * Have a firm understanding of how to use digital media to advertise and sell products/services * Prior experience utilizing social media platforms in a business capacity (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) * Ability to identify and understand key performance metrics for social and website traffic through analytic reporting * Solid understanding of consumer behavior and marketing research * Self-directed learner who picks up new skills quickly * Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Ability to Commute: * Fort Myers, FL 33966 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Fort Myers, FL 33966: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
