About the Opportunity We're on the hunt for a self-motivated, ambitious individual who's ready to hustle and make serious money in the home sales industry. If you're driven, outgoing, and not afraid to talk to new people, we want to hear from you! Sales experience is preferred , especially if you've worked in industries like Auto, RV, Real Estate, or Mortgage. Training is available for the right candidate, but having a background in sales training is a definite plus. About Us - Homes 2 Geaux Homes 2 Geaux is a professional home dealership located on I-49 in Opelousas, Louisiana. Since opening in 2016, we've sold hundreds of manufactured and modular homes. Owned by a local with over 30 years of experience, our team is tight-knit, energetic, and focused on providing quality homes to families across South Louisiana. We offer competitive prices, financing options, and a fun, family-oriented work environment. What You 'll Do * Engage and connect with potential buyers online and in-person * Generate and follow up on leads (especially through social media) * Set and manage appointments with clients * Present homes and financing options * Guide buyers through every step--right up to move-in day! What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and people skills * Friendly, outgoing personality (timid folks might not be the best fit) * Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to succeed * Sales-oriented mindset with some computer know-how * Social media marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) is a huge plus!
