Responsibilities and Qualifications: * Show up motivated and prepared to succeed daily. * Stay organized, manage leads efficiently, and continuously develop your sales skills. * Treat every incoming lead with the understanding that it represents a significant investment. * Learn from mistakes and apply those lessons to improve performance. * Be comfortable offering rates higher than standard auto financing, as we focus on commercial equipment - we are not financing civics and corollas. * Proactively communicate with clients via calls, emails, and texts to facilitate deals.
