Job Description: Part-Time Sales & Admin Assistant (Independent Contractor) Company: Revival Decor + Design Location: downtown Waynesboro, VA Type: Part-Time / Independent Contractor (1099) Estimated Hours: 15-20 hours per week to start Compensation: $18-$20/hr based on experience About Us Revival Decor + Design is a boutique design and custom flooring company based in Waynesboro, Virginia. We specialize in reclaimed and historic materials, offering flooring and restoration consulting to architects, contractors, and interior designers across the East Coast and Deep South. Our work combines craftsmanship, authenticity, and deep respect for historic character. We are growing--and seeking a part-time Sales & Admin Assistant to help streamline our sales efforts, manage inbound leads, and support day-to-day operations. This role will begin at 15-20 hours per week with the goal of transitioning into a full-time, salaried position. Responsibilities * Manage and update our sales CRM (Zoho) with leads, follow-ups, tasks, and pipeline tracking * Assist with marketing efforts such as email campaigns, social media content and scheduling, current leads, prospective leads, etc. * Assist with email and phone communication with potential clients and trade partners * Prepare estimates and sample requests based on templates * Research and build lead lists (design/build firms, contractors, interior designers, etc.) * Schedule consultations and showroom appointments * Track open quotes and follow-up reminders * Create light documentation (Google Sheets, Canva, Google Calendar, Meeting Notes etc.) * Assist with retail store or project-related admin tasks, as needed We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to support our growing design-forward company. Ideal Candidate Has Experience In: * Supporting sales, project coordination, or client communications * Using marketing and social media tools such as Canva, Trello, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, and Pinterest * Shopify POS, or is willing and quick to learn * Navigating the internet and conducting effective online research You 'll Need to Be: * Proficient in Google Drive, Sheets, Calendar, and Documents * Skilled in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite * A strong communicator, both written and verbal * A self-starter who can take initiative and complete tasks independently * Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented * Capable of managing multiple projects, adjusting quickly to shifting priorities, and staying calm under pressure * Reliable in meeting deadlines while delivering high-quality client service * Comfortable interacting professionally with clients, management, and trade partners Bonus Points For: * An interest in interior design, architecture, or historic homes. * A desire to grow with a company that values authenticity, craftsmanship, and creative collaboration. * Being comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, passionate team.
