Our local, organic kombucha brewery is looking for an upbeat, responsible, tech savvy and very organized person to join our fun and professional team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing local food business and learn its workings from the ground up. Skilled individuals can advance quickly in our positive and team-oriented environment. The job requires teamwork, a positive attitude, and excellent computer and excel skills. Our team members have the opportunity to engage both body and mind in the course of their work. Brew Crew Members may: * Work 5 to 10 hours per week as part of a solid team, with opportunity to grow in time and responsibility. * Some remote work ok. * Primarily generate timely sales reports and analyses, promo strength & lift reports, and other reports as requested to inform decision-making processes. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH PIVOT TABLES IN EXCEL. * Focus on maximizing sales to existing accounts. Secondary focus on generating new accounts and/or sales leads. * Maintain an up-to-date data set on open accounts; edit internal account tracking documents in a timely manner; look for and notify team of patterns or key account changes; research account issues and acts as needed to strengthen account relationships. * Serve as main point of contact with buyers at independent accounts, using an efficient combination of phone, email, social media, and (with key accounts) potentially in-person visits to develop positive relationships. * If you are interested, there may be available hours supporting production, demo and/or retail. * Take on additional tasks, more hours, and greater degrees of responsibility according to interest and aptitude Please note that you will need to be able to commit to working on two to three weekdays a week (with some potential for weekend time, if you are interested). Computer fluency, excellent excel skills, a reliable means of transportation to work, and a healthy lifestyle are all required.
