This family-owned business has been successfully manufacturing, designing, and installing luxury glass enclosures for over 20 years! With a team of over 180 employees, we currently maintain 10 locations throughout the state of Florida! We are currently seeking an In-Home Estimator/*S*ales Associate to join our team in Fort Myers Florida! This Opportunity is for you, if you are: * Experienced in the construction industry, specifically with taking specific measurements. * Professional, outgoing, personable, and compassionate. * Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. * Organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task. * Team-oriented with a positive attitude. * An excellent communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone. As an In-Home Estimator/Sales Associate y*ou will: * Perform in-home estimates, taking accurate measurements of enclosure space(s). * Provide best-in-class service to our customers. * Listen and uncover customers' needs and assist them in finding the best solution for their space. * Educate customers on our superior products and what differentiates MSD from its competitors. * Assist and educate customers from our showroom/design center. * Engage in networking functions, lunch & learn events, and utilize social media to build relationships, expand the brand, and grow the customer base. * Foster a positive atmosphere, ensuring commitment to our Core Values: Customer-Focused, Passion, Integrity, Safety, Collaboration, & Communication.
