Full description of the position

* Inside Sales/AEs are responsible for engineering control valve and instrumentation solutions for our industrial customers. They work with our customers to understand their process conditions and process control valve and instrumentation needs. Develop solutions that will solve our customers' problems and improve plant operations. * In addition to working with our customers, Inside Sales/AEs work closely with our Account Managers to understand the needs and business drivers of our customers. Once a solution is developed, Inside Sales/AEs are responsible for preparing the quotation and providing supporting technical documentation. * Inside Sales/AEs help customers troubleshoot valve installation and/or operating problems. The goal is to become an integral part of our customer's team by being viewed as a consultant in our areas of expertise. * Inside Sales/AEs play a leadership role internally by guiding the order entry process and addressing any technical issues that arise. They are responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided to the order entry group, and for interfacing with key manufacturing personnel. * Our Inside Sales/AEs are technical experts who are responsible for consultative sales to our customers. They identify unmet process control needs through conversations with our customers and suggest products or solutions that can address the problem. Qualifications * B.S. in Chemical Engineering/Engineering or equivalent technical field or equivalent professional experience. * 2+ years industrial plant or controls experience a plus * Previous technical sales experience a plus * Excellent communication skills * Team player, yet capable of managing own customers and workload * Ability to multi-task Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $72,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Quarterly bonus Ability to Commute: * Cincinnati, OH 45249 (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cincinnati, OH 45249
