Buffalo Biodiesel is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Industry experience is not required! We'll teach you what you need to know. Our dedication to sustainability and creating a better world for tomorrow today drives our success. Pay: * $25/hr. base pay * Bonus pay of 10 per gallon collected if you hit quota. Responsibilities: * Meeting our 30 sales a month quota * Making outbound cold calls with minimum 3 hours of talk time daily * Building prospecting list * Handwriting letters and cards to prospects and closed sales * Maintaining records of your sales for proper follow up About you: * Minimum 5 years sales experience or 2 years telemarketing experience. * The ability to follow the entire sales process from prospecting to close. * B2B experience is a plus. * A can-do attitude. Making calls all day isn't for everyone, and we get that. Which is why it's important for us to be transparent about our gold standard. * The ability to learn our industry and talking points. * Excellent communication skills * Organization skills * Familiar with Microsoft Office * Hours are in office 8am-5pm, daily.
