Employment Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible Location: On-Site at NEW Gymreapers' HQ in Nampa, ID (20 mins outside of Boise, ID) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM (flex according to business needs) Reports To: Retail Sales Manager Position Overview: Gymreapers is expanding, and we're seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for generating leads for Gymreapers Wholesale, driving profitable sales growth, and collaborating with key cross-functional teams, including Operations and Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience in both retail and wholesale within the athletic apparel and fitness equipment industry, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach. Additionally, the ability to effectively communicate and champion the Gymreapers brand is essential. This will be an entry-level position with future advancement opportunities. Our Core Values: * Grow or Die * Customer Obsession * Extreme Ownership * Nothing is Given // Everything is Earned * Be Humble * 1% Better Everyday * Live with Integrity * Sacrifice Key Responsibilities: * Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Gymreapers products/services. * Qualify leads to determine their suitability for further engagement and follow up. * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through regular contact and effective account management. * Understand clients' needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals. * Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing the sales pipeline. * Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client's needs. * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets keeping company metrics in mind. * Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and account information in the CRM system. * Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape. * Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to support overall business objectives.
