We pay cash for their land and allow them to stay in their home which they continue to own. They pay an affordable monthly lot rent for the land and can stay as long as they want. And they continue to have the freedom to use and modify the land as if they still owned it. The Sell & Stay option hasn't existed until now, so many people who could benefit from it don't know about it. That's how you can help. Job Summary Independence HomeLand seeks a motivated Sales Representative to join its team. The Sales Representative will be an "on the ground" resource leading Independence HomeLand's effort to identify customers in Florida, North Carolina and Texas. Ideal candidates will have a strong network of people who live in mobile homes and experience in sales. Experience or expertise in real estate will be considered a plus. The Sales Representative will earn a competitive hourly wage and a significant bonus for each lead it generates that ultimately transacts with Independence HomeLand. To demonstrate an ability to succeed in this role, candidates will need to find three customers for the Sell & Stay program for which we will pay $1,000 (for each customer) prior to being hired and earning the hourly pay. Responsibilities * Identify potential customers for Independence HomeLand's Sell & Stay program using our database and your local knowledge * Introduce Sell & Stay and describe to potential customers how the program works. * Follow up with potential customers to convert leads to customers. * Provide regular progress reports to management. Experience and Qualifications * Sales experience. * Background in real estate is beneficial but not required. * Ability to build rapport with potential customers. * Familiarity with (or the ability to learn to utilize) customer relationship management software Additional Information * This is a remote work opportunity that will require some travel to meet prospective customers in-person including at their homes and other community events and gathering points.
