We travel to many countries outside the USA * Generous vacation, paid sick time-off and paid holidays * Discounted sunglasses by major designers * Generous per diem while attending conferences along with excellent commission plan Job Summary This role is responsible for setting up conference booths, selling the company product lines, promptly arriving for all travel days and conferences on time and meeting company sales goals. Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities * Meeting balanced sales quotas for company conferences. * Providing on-going education to other sales representatives. * Managing expenses for conference budget. * Maintaining customer and client relationships. * Overnight travel required and the ability to be gone 3-4 days a week average. * Utilizing MediLoupes training to master the product lines, demonstration tools and scenarios. * Monitoring additional needs as required to perform the job functions effectively. * Report directly to management and provide weekly updates on conferences, sales strategies and goals. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience * Qualified candidates will possess proven medical sales experience in a high paced environment. * Good customer focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Territory management skills.
