Studio Partner Overview: We are in search of a Studio Partner to independently manage a We Whiten studio. This position allows you to function as the "owner" of the studio, focusing on driving growth and earning a competitive salary alongside an enticing bonus structure. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales expertise and a passion for boosting others' confidence through their work. This role is perfect for self-driven individuals with a competitive spirit who thrive in an independent work setting, rather than those preferring a team leadership role. As a Studio Partner, you will develop and execute effective sales strategies, engage both warm and cold leads, excel in in-person interactions, and maintain exceptional customer service standards to achieve and surpass performance goals. Success in this role is rooted in driving studio sales, converting one- time customers into loyal clients, and growing your clientele base. Familiarity with financing options will be a bonus. Key Responsibilities: * Drive sales for We Whiten treatments and retail products, consistently exceeding performance goals while enhancing customer experiences. * Convert one-time clients into repeat customers by offering memberships, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. * Serve as the primary Whitening Specialist for your location, delivering top-notch professional teeth whitening services. * Manage studio operations, including inventory tracking, ordering, and overseeing client reviews. Core Duties: Customer Service: * Proactively resolve customer service concerns and manage appointment scheduling. * Deliver excellent customer service while educating clients about teeth whitening services and product options. Sales: * Encourage clients to purchase memberships and nurture long-term customer relationships. * Recommend at-home products tailored to each client's needs. * Drive product sales and generate new business through outreach to potential leads. Business Analytics: * Take charge of the studio's performance and enjoy the rewards that come with entrepreneurial success. * Track personal KPIs and strive to meet or exceed performance targets. Administration: * Ensure all tasks related to inventory management and payroll are completed accurately and on time. * Handle scheduling and ensure studio availability for client appointments. Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal Studio Partner at We Whiten is passionate about sales, possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, and excels in problem-solving. They should be self- motivated, results-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences while managing their "own" business. Minimum Qualifications: * 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a service or retail environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A proven history of generating revenue. * Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial role with minimal supervision. * Willingness to adhere to a set schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand and walk for long periods. * Capacity to perform a variety of physical tasks. * Comfort with using technology and computers. * Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 25 lbs occasionally. Personality Traits: * Confidence in your abilities and adaptability to changing schedules. * Receptive to constructive feedback. * Highly self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently. * A background in direct-to-consumer sales (such as car sales, door-to-door sales, or commission-based roles) will be advantageous in this position.
