AAA Auto Glass Account Manager - Fort Myers - Full Time Categories : Outside Sales, Marketing, Public Relations Skills: Presentation, Organizational, Computer * Compensation is a base of $50K with additional commission potential of ($10K - $50K) * Company Car provided * Company Phone * Expense account (Company Credit Card) * Health benefits (Major Medical, Vision, Dental, Disability) Summary: AAA Auto Glass is a Tennessee owned company that has been in business for eighteen years. We are in the auto glass replacement, recalibration industry with multiple shop locations in TN, KY, AL, FL. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Tampa, FL. The sales position will be primarily focused on Fleet sales. We call on any company that would have a fleet of vehicle's of 3 or more. There is no overnight travel. The account manager position is a relationship building sales position. Training will be provided by leadership and other experienced account managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, creating sales strategies, and developing relationships with clients. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. The ideal candidate should also have a strong understanding of the sales process and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : * Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. * Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales. * Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. * Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
