We are seeking a personable and customer focused Online Sales Consultant to join our team! This person will play a vital role as the initial point of contact for prospective customers in their home buying process. As an OSC, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer service by effectively presenting and promoting our new home communities, cultivating relationships with potential buyers, and facilitating a seamless transition from the OSC to the Sales Agents. What you would be doing: * Proactively engage and qualify leads that come in from various outside sources, including website leads, web chats, phone calls, and other digital platforms like Zillow * Respond to all e-mail, phone, and web leads immediately, qualify the leads based on needs, and provide consistent follow-up to prospects with the goal of setting appointments with the Sales Agents * Manage, track and qualify leads to determine their potential as home buyers * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers through effective communication and follow-up * Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our new home offerings * Track appointments with Sales Agents in the CRM. Follow up with Sales Agents after appointments take place for feedback * Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns via CRM * Use video messages to engage, schedule and send reminders for client appointments * Track and report on appointments set and kept, lead activity and sales conversion ratios * Meet regularly with the Sales Director and Senior Marketing Manager to assess community needs and discuss ways to better market and sell homes in the communities * Create a smooth initial process and transition to sales agents for prospective buyers What you bring to the table: * At least 2 years of Sales or Marketing experience * Strong e-mail and phone communication skills * Availability for "on call" scheduling * Sales contact management database experience/CRM * Strong organizational, planning and managing skills * Ability to multi-task and manage time * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage leads, appointments and follow ups * Experience in real estate or the construction industry is a plus Compensation: * Competitive compensation (base + bonus structure) depending on experience * Health Benefits, Medical & Dental * 4 Weeks Paid Time Off * 401K Program with 6% match Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call Work Location: In person
