As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the purchase, sale, and rental of properties while providing exceptional customer service. Duties: - Market and advertise properties to attract potential sellers - Assist clients in the process of selling their home - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale - Conduct property open houses and showings to potential buyers - Handle real estate administrative tasks such as paperwork and documentation - Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines - Communicate effectively with clients, other agents, and industry professionals Requirements: - Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously - Knowledge of real estate law and regulations - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Familiarity with property market trends and pricing strategies - Bilingual proficiency is a plus Joining our team as a Real Estate Listing Agent offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can grow your career while helping clients achieve their real estate goals.
