We operate primarily in the B2B environment, selling our products through licensed HVAC dealers and contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. Company Website: [please apply online] Job Summary: The HVAC Commercial Sales Bid Coordinator provides commercial quote sales support. They are responsible for working collaboratively with the sales team to review new construction quote requests, assign quotes to the appropriate sales channel, prioritize quotes, manage quote related correspondence, send quotes to bidders, manage a structured quote follow up process, post bid information to the cloud and manage internal software systems. The Bid Coordinator must be able to manage multiple projects and communicate with internal and external customers to assure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities: HVAC Commercial Sales Bid Coordinator . Work with insides sales to evaluate bids for new construction projects . Collect, organize and post job related information . Maintain on-line quote systems and quote files . Follow up on assignments to make sure all quotes are provided prior to deadline . Maintain productive relationships with customers and internal sales channels . Generate and provide monthly bid reports. . Provide post bid follow up with external customers . Maintain good relations with customers by providing prompt reply to incoming calls and e-mail . Manage the inside sales e-mail inbox to ensure all requests are addressed Requirements: HVAC Commercial Sales Bid Coordinator . High School diploma or equivalent (GED); Associates or technical degree preferred . Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management . Qualified candidates will have both a business and a technical background . Strong communication skills . Excellent customer service skills . Good computer skills and common software literacy . Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment . Solid critical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills . High level of personal accountability; sense of urgency and self-initiative is a must Requirements: And here is what you will need to be successful: Requirements: Education: Associate-level degree preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher is a plus but not required. Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience within the HVAC industry, wholesale distribution sales, or other similar service-related experience. Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, and organizational skills. Availability: Must be available for two weekends during the fall for Annual Inventory. Work Environment: Ability to work effectively in both remote and in-office environments.
