Summary: Trailer Bridge is looking for energetic, talented, self-motivated go-getters to join and support our Account Management team in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both oral and written. The Account Management Coordinator is also responsible for promoting and maintaining positive relationships with internal Trailer Bridge personnel, as well as external vendors, suppliers, and customers. Essential Functions: * Generate and distribute regular operational reports and documentation to internal teams and customers. * Provide backup support to team members in accounts receivable and customer coordination roles. * Assist various departments with administrative tasks and customer communications as needed. * Manage and organize incoming documentation and digital files using internal systems. * Support the creation and maintenance of system codes and records at the request of internal stakeholders. * Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member. * Prepare customized reports and updates based on customer or team needs. * Monitor equipment status and follow up on outstanding issues with the appropriate teams. * Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support daily operations.
