Job Description Commercial Operations - Sales Analytics We are looking for a self-starter, with strong Salesforce data analysis skills, who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position will function as the backbone of the Sales Team providing data driven insights and strategic advice for managing and optimizing data within the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities * Function as the subject matter expert related to Salesforce CRM * Extract, analyze, and interpret Salesforce data to provide actionable insights * Ability to comprehend sales patterns, recognizing areas for potential sales development and making informed business decisions * Uses Sales Force data to look at market trends and statistical models to accurately predict future revenue * Tracks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with expectations and impact to strategic priorities and goals * Develop projections and forecasts providing insight to increase ability to project budgeting, prospecting, and other revenue impacting factors * Monitor and evaluate sales performance * Leveraging and creating complex data models for pipeline planning and forecasting Skills * Quantitative Skills - ability to manipulate large data sets, use statistical techniques and draw valid inferences * Analytical Thinking - ability to sift through large amount of information, pinpoint trends, forecast future outcomes, and make recommendations based on findings * Communication Skills - ability to articulate findings and recommendations. Present complex data in a clear, simplified, and understandable way to salespersons and top executives * Understanding of Tools - proficient in using data analysis tools and software (Excel, Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, SAS, etc.) * Problem Solving - ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
