STROCK REAL ESTATE TEAM Licensed Real Estate Agent -- Santa Cruz County, Monterey County, and the Silicon Valley! Appointments and Leads are Provided. We are Looking for Enthusiastic and Energetic Licensed Real Estate Agents -- Predictable and Abundant Appointment flow. WE'RE EXPERIENCING GROWTH WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU TO GO OUT AND MEET REAL BUYERS AND SELLERS WITHIN 24-48 HOURS! Our team is getting an abundance of live buyer and seller connection calls in the Santa Cruz County, Monterey County, and Silicon Valley areas. We're looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent licensed agent who can take on 5-10 new clients per month. Our systems and processes allow you to GET THE MOST out of your real estate career. From an in-house media team to a world-class operations team, we make it possible to THRIVE in Real Estate. Commission Only. In our program, as an experienced agent, you can earn more than $250,000 a year, and a new agent can make SIX FIGURES their first full year! Responsibilities * Go on multiple appointments weekly to meet and build rapport with new clients * Show homes to interested clients * Provide Market Analyses to clients as requested * Follow up with clients to move them forward in the process * Build relationships with agents in other companies * Negotiate contracts and transactions * Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues * Research and identify off-market purchase opportunities for clients Qualifications * Hungry to do more * Real Estate License Required * People-oriented * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Competitive * Team player * Consistent * Persistent * Self-responsible Compensation $100,000+ at plan commission Our Vision The Strock Team is redefining the service standards of our real estate industry in every aspect.
