Responsibilities: * AN ACTIVE REAL ESATE LICENSE - Assist clients in buying, selling, showing, and renting properties wasting during the whole process. - Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices - Create and maintain listings of available properties - Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements - Coordinate property inspections and appraisals - Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and purchase agreements - Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time - Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends Requirements: -Active real estate license - Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred but not required - Bilingual skills are a plus, especially if you can communicate in multiple languages - Strong sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively - Knowledge of property management principles and practices - Familiarity with real estate law and regulations - Excellent administrative and organizational skills - Exceptional communication and customer service abilities - PAY IS COMMISSION BASED STANDARD REAL ESTATE AGENT * A good hard working attitude!
