Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative - Inland Empire, CA Salary and other perks: $85,000-$120,000 Base + Commission + Full Benefits + ESOP | Vehicle Stipend, Gas Card, Phone & Laptop Provided Are you a seasoned HVAC service sales professional ready to take the lead in a high-impact, high-reward role? Our client is looking for a motivated Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative in the Norco/Corona/ inland Empire area. This role has been handled by the Service Manager for the past year and a half, but with growing demand and a packed schedule, it's time to bring on a dedicated expert. They specialize in critical environments with clients who rely on precision and trust. If you're someone who knows how to sell value over volume and enjoys working in a relationship-driven role (not cold calling), this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. What You 'll Do: * Manage and grow existing service accounts while identifying new commercial opportunities * Handle inbound interest from clients needing expert HVAC solutions * Write clear, professional proposals for HVAC service solutions and ensure smooth project handoffs to the operations team. * Collaborate with clients in specialized sectors--like hospitals, museums, and labs--with extremely sensitive and complex system requirements. * Use CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, Word, and ServiceTitan to track activity and manage client relationships. * Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check for client access requirements. About You: * 5+ years of HVAC service sales experience, OR 3+ years in commercial service sales with 5+ years of technical HVAC experience. * Strong understanding of industrial/commercial HVAC systems, especially in mission-critical environments. * Skilled in relationship management, proposal writing, and value-based selling. * Comfortable with CRMs, Microsoft Office, and tech tools like ServiceTitan (preferred). * Professional, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running * Clean DMV record, no DUIs, and able to pass a background check. * Self-driven and adaptable Perks & Compensation: * Base salary: $85,000-$120,000 * Vehicle stipend + gas card * Company phone & laptop * Full benefits - 100% paid * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) * Commission plan * Work with one of the most respected teams in SoCal's commercial HVAC market Summary: This is your chance to step into a role where you're supported, appreciated, and set up to succeed--without being micromanaged or stuck in cold-call cycles.
