Sales Manager Full Time Location: Grand Seas Daytona Beach by Exploria Resorts Job Summary: The Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales. As Sales Manager you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of both the Frontline and In- House Sales team's performance, by providing leadership to motivate your sales team, achieving the highest level of performance, exceeding goals, and ensuring adherence to the company's quality metrics and standards. Responsibilities and Duties: * Closing tables in a fast and efficient manner * Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and manner * Compile sales reports * Assist Director in all tasks asked to perform in a timely manner * Responsible for following established Exploria Resorts processes and best practices to execute sales presentation * Meet and Exceed Company In-House and Frontline Sales goals * Develop all aspects of team production and character-building * Monitor performance daily to recognize excellence, coach, and mentor opportunities for improvement * Ensure the team's adherence to the company's quality metrics and standards * All other duties are assigned by management Qualifications and Skills: * Three+ years of demonstrated successful experience in Timeshare with In-House Sales experience * Outstanding leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team to achieve the highest level of performance through effective leadership and established best practices * Must be able to recruit, train, and establish written individual and team goals and monitor performance on a daily basis to recognize excellence and coach weaknesses * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal * Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time * A heart for success, superior customer service/hospitality, team-spirited, and eager to join a fast-paced department supporting a rapidly growing hospitality brand * Ability to work weekends and holidays * Must have an active Florida Real Estate License * Be able to strategize and provide guidance to the Sales Associate in order to close sales INDS
