We are a rapidly growing firm looking to hire someone to work 20 hours per week as a recruiter while also working as a Realtor on their personal sales. The position is perfect for someone looking a flexible paid position that allows them to financially support themselves while they are growing their real estate sales business. Responsibilities: Reach out to realtors to share information about our company and encourage them to join us. Schedule interviews and meet in person or remotely with recruits. Assist new hires with getting acclimated with office. Work the front desk and answer the phone. Work any call in or walk ins looking to buy or sell real estate as possible clients. Pay is hourly plus bonus incentives based on results. Requirements: Must have real estate license or already be enrolled in real estate class to obtain license.
