Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers throughout their shopping experience with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude. * Answer customer inquiries in-store and over the phone with excellent communication skills. * Maintain merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked and organized. * Demonstrate products and help customers find the right gear for their needs. * Handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and use of point-of-sale (POS) systems. * Support the team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a fun, welcoming store environment. * Help keep the store clean, organized, and ready for shoppers. Qualifications: * Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (but not required). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. * Comfortable with basic math for handling pricing, sales, and discounts. * Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. * Must be reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
