RESPONSIBILITIES * Working with either sellers or buyers as a consultative salesperson. * Negotiating contracts and repairs. * Prospect for new clients daily - via phone and in person. * Effective lead follow-up. * Involved with networking and community events. * Becoming the local expert in your area. * A desire to leverage systems at a high level. * In partnership with the team - recruit, hire and retain talent.
