* Provide exceptional customer service * Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions * Learn product insights and solution recommendations * Recommend and explain repairs to customers * Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple solutions * Communicating with technicians about vehicle needs * Customer consulting / sales for vehicle needs * Deliver pricing estimates to customers * Maintain showroom merchandise * Keep customer waiting clean and organized * Keep work areas clean, organized and safe * Complete paperwork and invoices daily * Placing outbound calls to customers to remind services are needed * Operate Company and Customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
