We offer great benefits, competitive pay, a 401K plan with match, PTO, Demo option * Job duties include but are not limited to: * Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. * Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Explains product performance to customers. * Offers test drives. * Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction. * Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager. * Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers. * Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Schedule: * 10 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Troy, MO 63379: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
