About the Role We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. In this role, you'll support pipeline development, manage commercial relationships with distributors and vendors, and play a key part in market research, trade show support, and lead qualification. Your ability to build connections and translate insights into sales opportunities will be essential to your success. What You'll Do * Drive Pipeline Growth: Consistently generate and qualify leads to support new business development. * Contribute to Revenue: Own and grow revenue from newly assigned customers. * Prospect Strategically: Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and social outreach to target accounts. * Support Organic Growth: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing distribution partners. * Position the Product: Benchmark market pricing and articulate value propositions. * Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams on trade show planning and execution. * Evaluate & Transition Leads: Qualify leads and ensure smooth hand-off to sales for closing. * Monitor Sales KPIs: Track performance and identify trends to improve results. * Research the Market: Gather intelligence on raw material trends and competitor pricing. * Coordinate Sampling Efforts: Oversee sample requests and deliveries in collaboration with R&D and business teams. * Support Events: Participate in trade show planning, engagement, and follow-up activities to generate new leads.
