Pace Runners, Inc is looking to hire for a full-time Strategic Account Manager in Bessemer, AL. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as the lead and primary point of contact for all matters specific to the Account Manager's Customers. * Build, maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships. * Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the Company's customer experience. * Use quantifiable and abstract data to assist the customer and internal teams when working on problem solving. * Assist with issue escalations from Operations and Customer Service. * Provide rapid feedback to customer complaints in a manner consistent with the Company's Core Values. * Serve as the "face" of the Company during all Customer interactions. * Engage in other responsibilities as assigned. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in customer relations or sales team setting. * Outstanding oral and written communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Experience with a variety of databases, data entry, and/or system proficiency is a strong plus. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle data with confidentiality. * Good organizational and time management skills. What does it take to work for Pace? * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Bachelor's degree preferred. A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain is a strong plus. * Three to five years' experience working as a logistics manager preferred. * Record of successful distribution and logistics management. * Demonstrable ability to lead and manage a warehouse staff. * Proficient in standard logistics software and Microsoft Office: Excel & Outlook email, required. * Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. * Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
