Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insulation Sales Representative to join our team. This commission-only position is ideal for a self-starter with a background in B2B and residential sales. This role involves traveling throughout Fort Worth and surrounding areas in the DFW metroplex to meet with prospective residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in both residential and commercial markets * Conduct on-site assessments to determine insulation needs * Develop and present customized insulation solutions to clients * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals * Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business * Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge Qualifications: * Previous sales experience (B2B or residential) required * Proven sales experience in the insulation or construction industry * Strong understanding of insulation products and their applications * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Knowledge of insulation products, energy efficiency, and home improvement preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule * Proven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close sales * Comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and basic computer applications * Professional appearance and demeanor when meeting with clients * Willingness to travel throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding metroplex areas Compensation: This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance.
