We seek driven, business-minded Independent Sales Representatives to support our regional growth. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong local networks who take initiative, understand their markets, and are passionate about helping clients solve complex safety and security challenges.
As an independent contractor, you will define your outreach strategy and take the lead in developing business opportunities within your region. You will have access to proposal resources, sales tools, and strategic guidance to support your success. To support client responsiveness, we recommend maintaining availability during typical business hours throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
- Develop strategic outreach plans targeting high-value industries and accounts
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads and decision-makers
- Present customized security service proposals and close mid-to-large contracts
- Coordinate with Valentis for proposal guidance and account setup (as requested)
- Maintain CRM tracking and accurate forecasting
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive positioning, and regional developments

Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience (security services or related industries preferred)
Proven success in closing contracts and managing accounts
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and client needs
Self-motivated, persuasive, and organized in a remote, performance-based environment
CRM proficient (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Willing to travel locally for client meetings and presentations
What Youll Earn:
Earn up to 12% commission on monthly revenue, paid over the contract term
Residual income for recurring contracts
Operate independently with access to company tools and optional sales support resources
