Our team consists of 12 total members. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Flexible Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics. QUALIFICATIONS: * Communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Previous customer service experience preferred.
