Sales Managers develop personalized sales plans by collecting, organizing, and applying account and market knowledge to close projects. You will manage inbound and outbound leads to achieve sales targets. You will become an expert on the unique features, benefits, and application of our products to grow sales. What will you be doing? * Achieve sales goals through successful management of inbound and outbound sales leads in your assigned territory * Manage project proposals, product quotes and product questions according to our quality and process standards * Grow sales in your assigned territory through personalized sales plans and activities based on account-and-market specific knowledge * Demonstrate product and process expertise to provide customers with an effortless experience Requirements: * 2-5 years proven success as an inside sales professional or relevant leadership experience in early childhood learning market * Demonstrated successful b2b or b2school sales experience preferred * 4-year degree in business administration, education or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and or significant work experience * A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company's mission to "help teachers and coaches get better results showing kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity" * Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications Why join our Team?
