On Demand Staffing (ODS) is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. BDMs are responsible for bringing in new accounts and helping grow existing business. RESPONSIBILITIES * Hunt for new business (90%). * Grow existing business (10%). * Travel assigned territory (3-5 days/week). * Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual KPIs and goals. * Make calls (warm and cold), send emails, and visit job sites. * Schedule and host meetings. * Present in front of small-to-large groups. * Build Staffing Agreements. * Document all sales activity in our CRM (HubSpot). * Work alongside your assigned office branch to successfully onboard new accounts and ensure all orders are met. * Work with frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. * Represent ODS as defined in the Employee Handbook. QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales with a proven track record. * Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously. * Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. * Valid driver's license with personal means of transportation.
