Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients and connecting with schools/education facilities. You will leverage your telemarketing skills and customer service experience to establish relationships and promote our technology solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to outbound calling and collaboration with the sales team to achieve targets. Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development. * Document all interactions in Salesforce for tracking and reporting purposes. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Qualifications * Proven experience in telemarketing or customer service roles, preferably in technology sales. * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with business development practices and outbound calling strategies. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * A positive attitude with a focus on achieving results and meeting targets. * Previous experience in warm calling is advantageous but not required.
