Outside Sales Representative Fastsigns of Richmond is are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth by meeting clients face-to-face in the field. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Client Meetings: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored product or service solutions. * Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers. * Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. * Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by consistently closing deals and upselling where appropriate. * Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. * Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as production and install, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding. Qualifications: * Proven experience in outside sales, field sales, or a related role. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a diverse audience. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Preferred Skills: * Experience in the signage industry, preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to analyze customer data and trends to tailor sales strategies effectively. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
