Full description of the position

The Industrial PVFInside Sales Specialist position works hand-in-hand with customers and Outside Sales Representatives to ensure that product needs are processed accurately and in a timely manner. They deliver strong customer service and a willingness to expand their product knowledge to best help the needs of our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Build relationships with customers who are calling in and placing product orders. * Interact with customers before, during, and after a sale, including taking phone orders and servicing walk-in customers. * Ensure that customer orders are entered and processed in a timely manner. * Verify order delivery method for accuracy. * Coordinate customer sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives. * Identify customer needs and suggest products that best fit their needs. Minimum Requirements * Experience in the Industrial PVF industry * Great communication and problem-solving skills. * Business math skills with understanding of profit margins * Willingness to learn new product knowledge. * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position preferred. Physical Demands * The physical demands described here are a sample of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. * May occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. * Regular use of arms, hands and fingers to feel, grasp, type and reach. * Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period time. * Close vision requirements due to computer work.
