Full description of the position

We are seeking a candidate who is experienced and knowledgeable in customer service, lead generation, cold calling, and B2B business. Must have excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, be able to work within a team environment, and ability to collaborate and work towards personal and team success. As well as, work and complete tasks effectively, tight time constraints, and periodic high volume circumstances. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Provide exemplary customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. * Promote our services while addressing customer inquiries and concerns. * Ensure all interactions and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. * Utilize CRM systems, particularly Zoho, to manage customer data and interactions. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. * Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions. * Collaborate with team members and management to meet performance goals and targets. * Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads. * Assist in various office-related tasks, and collaborate with other associates on projects as needed. Job Type: Full-time Schedule: * 8-hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Ability to commute/relocate: Ontario, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required). Requirements: * Minimum of 2-year experience in a call center or customer service role. * Proficiency in operating CRM systems. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously. * Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Previous experience in recycling and or waste management is a plus but not mandatory * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules. * Familiarity with sales techniques and ability to drive revenue through customer interactions. * Fluency in English is required; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus. * Ability to sit for extended periods and use computer equipment effectively. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to high noise levels.
