Duval Ford is seeking salespersons with a drive to succeed, provide exceptional customer service and want to build a career with a successful automotive dealership. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers, as well as closing sales. Job Description : * Sales Representatives spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses vehicle options * Sales Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the vehicles and technology * Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features * Complete quotes and explain options * Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail * Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads * Other duties as assigned Job Requirements * Correspond and possess strong verbal communication skills, with an ability to sell * Maintain a thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services * Meet and maintain sales goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity * Maintain a professional and approachable appearance * Exemplify exceptional customer service skills and exhibit a high level of customer satisfaction * Valid U.S. Driver's License All applicants are required to demonstrate the ability to pass all pre- employment testing to include: background checks, motor vehicle check and pre- employment drug test and be able to present a valid driver's license.
