Role Description This is a full-time on-site Inside Sales Representative role located in Fort Worth, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, customer service, and account management on a daily basis. This includes working with customers at our front counter, as well as via e-mail and phone. Qualifications * Inside Sales and Account Management skills * Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills * Lead Generation experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work with a team and independently * Experience in the Fastener industry as well as in Industrial supply sales, to include, safety products, welding products, abrasives, tools, etc. (2 year minimum) * Willing and able to learn and adopt company procedures and protocols * Knowledge of Windows based computers. * Reliable Transportation BENEFITS: ** Health Insurance * Simple IRA * Vacation Pay * Holiday Pay
