Your Role as a Sales Consultant: As a pivotal player in driving our company's success, you will deliver exceptional customer service and expertise across our diverse range of products. Key Responsibilities: * Product Mastery : Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line to provide expert advice and solutions. * Closing Deals : Utilize those sales skills to transform leads into satisfied customers by going above and beyond their expectations. * Networking : Forge and sustain relationships within the industry to broaden your customer base. * Team Collaboration : Work cohesively with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to the team's overall success. * Goal Setting : Establish and monitor sales goals and objectives, aligning your performance with the company's growth. * Continued Training : Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry knowledge and trends. Applicant Requirements / Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of outside construction sales experience. * Formal training in sales or a related field is advantageous. * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 software. * Ability to work an average of (2) Saturdays a month (with an alternate day off) * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
