Company Description We provide over 150 flavors of fresh, single varietal-Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oils & Aged Balsamic Vinegar from all over the world and educate the consumer on the health benefits of incorporating these products into their daily lifestyle. We also support other local healthy products. Here, with us, you can taste before you buy. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site, seasonal role for a Sales Associate at Olive Oil Taproom-Midlothian, LLC located in Midlothian, VA. The position may turn permanent depending upon team connectivity and reliability. We are looking to fill Holiday hours for Monday through Sunday (alternating and flexible week days) , and weekends are required. However, no late nights. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and processing sales transactions. Other responsibilities include restocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the store is clean and organized at all times. Qualifications * Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays * Highly motivated and detail-oriented * Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds More About US: * We are the only "Free Tasting Room", Gourmet Shop, in Richmond with over 150+ Varieties of extra virgin olive oils from all over the world & we provide flavor infused barrel aged white and dark balsamic vinegar.
