As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. * Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies on behalf of clients. * Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand the customer base. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details. * Collaborate with insurance companies to stay updated on product offerings and market trends. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications * Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in retail sales or outside sales is a plus. * Proficiency in sales administration tasks, including maintaining client databases and documentation. * Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable products. * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. * A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
