THE POSITION // The role is a Sales Associate to join our Santa Cruz Outlet crew. The role will have you providing exceptional service to our customers, providing product knowledge advice, and a can-do attitude to allow them to live their search. You will have sale targets to reach, process inventory into the store, and assist in keeping the store looking rad at all times. * $16.50 -17.50 per hour * Flexible schedule, must be available during summer months * Great brand perks and discounts * Fun work environment! * Retirement benefits with company matching THE SEARCH // You will have demonstrated experience within a retail environment or have great customer service, keen to shine in a retail store!
