Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center is an aggressively growing Aesthetic Clinic, specializing in advanced anti-aging techniques, plastic surgery, andnon-invasive cosmetic treatments. Led by our founder, Dr. Peter Lee, a trainer/instructor to fellow plastic surgeons both nationally and internationally, we currently have 4 surgeonsand operate 5 locations in California. Job description: Wave Plastic Surgery & Aesthetic Laser Center is looking for a highly enthusiastic and professional individual to fill the role as an Aesthetic Consultant. Scope of responsibilities include educating patients on proposed treatment care plans, managing interactions with patients both pre and post-operative phase, coordinating patient schedule, working closely with clinical providers and being involved in all aspects of the patient's experience. Candidates for the Consultant role will go through a training period before consulting with patients, after successfully completing the training period, consultants will be eligible to earn incentive pay on top of a base salary. Training period will vary depending on the candidate's level of knowledge in plastic surgery & aesthetics. Job Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive knowledge of all surgical and non-surgical services provided at the Practice and educate patients regarding their desired procedures to determine realistic goals prior to scheduling a consultation with the appropriate provider. * Credential all providers and cross promote services/treatments to hit goals based on a variety of metrics set by the Company. * Meet with prospective patients during the initial consultation and serve as the patient advocate to discuss their interested surgical procedures, general desired time frame, and answer any questions or concerns. * Enter and maintain accurate patient data with detailed notes in EMR software. * Prepare and present surgical packets, including the price quote, information about the procedure and various payment methods; Assist the patient with financing options, if needed. * Schedule cosmetic surgical cases and work with the point of contact at the surgery center/hospital/recovery suites to coordinate patient care. * Generate follow-up calls and/or emails to prospective cosmetic patients. * Optimize customer service and maintain relationships with all current and prospective patients, while demonstrating ethical sales practices. * Hold a high level of professionalism at all times while interacting with patients, families of patients, visitors, and staff members. * Maintain a positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and professional attire at all times. * Practice patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and follow all Company protocols, policies, and procedures at all times. * Work collaboratively in a team environment with the medical team to ensure high quality patient care and overall experience. Job Requirements: * Previous experience working in Plastic Surgery is preferred but not required * Previous sales experience * Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus * Able to work Tuesday through Saturday 9am-6pm * Willing to travel, split time between 2 locations (nearest to them) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * Mandarin (Preferred) Work Location: In person
